Are you watching this horrific scene unfold? Or, are you the driver, or a patient? Confusion! BLACK OUT. You awake still confused but with a sense of urgency. You see lights, you hear action! Is it help? Who are these people? They seem so familiar. You hear voices and names. McDreamy, is it? McSteamy? Izzy? What’s an "Izzy"? It's all so unclear - so confusing. But where are you? The fog lifts. You recognize this place. There's a name, a sign. It's becoming clearer... something like Seaside, Seashells... something. No, now...
