I love the fact that I can read about things going on in my community either on line or sitting in the comfort of my home! I think you need to do some publicity for the Greek Life at CSUB, so many people have such a negative outlook on Greek Life and that is not always the case, and with CSUB being such a smaller CS campus Greek Life is a HUGE part of the campus!

I love the fact that MAS keeps me updated on all the happenings in and around Kern County. I like reading the articles about real people and real things that impact thier lives. I feel the hispanic culture has a huge impact here in Bakersfield and MAS keeps us updated.

WOW, what's not to love about MAS?? Informative stories about life on the Latin side of Bakersfield, interesting personal profiles about local Bakersfieldian's (well, all of Kern County), and Denise Ornelas, by far the hottest Latina in Kern County (sorry Olivia, you're married, and your hubby's an expert rifleman, lol). OK, the last part was for fun. As for story ideas, hmmmm, we need more coverage of cooking contests, or more contests for that matter. Late, see you all at the Fest. And yes, I'll have new lithium's for the camera, so beware...

MAS MAGAZINE is attractive period... At least in my eyes. It has most every latino, latina, and even other cultures attention. MAS has been there for me on some tuff times especially on the passing of my MOTHER, and also on some good times when my first and only grandson was born. So I want to say THANKS. for not ignoring my articles. Keep up the GOOD WORK MAS.... How about us NATIVE AMERICANS? I bet there's alot of NATIVE AMERICANS here in Kern County that has some stories to tell. Love to hear and learn more about us NATIVE AMERICANS...

MAS Magazine has been a must-read since it first began! What I enjoy most is the family/smalltown feel it has for the Hispanic culture in Kern County. It brings all the generations and really helps to appreciate the family we have in our own homes. Keep up the Good Work. SUGGESTIONS: More coverage on the rural town festivals, ie. Wasco Rose Festival, Delano Harvest Festival.

I want to win!!! I haven't been to the Festival of Beers for like 3 years now. I so desperately need to reminisce my days of drinking in public and having a good time!!! PLEASE PICK ME....I promise I'll behave, sort of :-) The last time I went I remember I made out with another girl!!! Aww memories, or lack thereof LOL.  But on a serious note, I love MAS magazine because it keeps me informed of whats going on with our cultura.  It keeps me connected to my roots and I commend you for the great effort MAS makes in keeping the community involved with one another.  KUDOS to you MAS!!!

First of all, I would like to thank you for delivering MAS to my school; my kids love it! MAS is an enriching source to empower ourselves with our culture and our community. I have been reading MAS magazine since it came out and I just love it! I like the fact that people can educate themselves with MAS about our culture in general and in some cases even accepted. One suggestion would be to have more stories about the different Spanish speaking countries and pictures. Or even have a small section were people can learn the correct Spanish instead of using words that we Chicanos made up. For instance, parquiar instead of estacionar for parking or aseguransa instead of seguro for insurance. Well now I am hoping to get an opportunity to wi and relax after a stressful week haha :-)~ by the way I will be happy to help out for those sections.
