Spanglish is what happens when English and Spanish combine to create new words. For example:
Yonke (pronounced YOHN-kay) Informal. noun. Trash or junk. Example: “I went to the landfill yesterday to get rid of my yonke.” Spanish proper: basura
Parquear (par-key-AHR) Informal. Verb. To park. Example: ”I had to parquear the car in front of the office to avoid a ticket.” Spanish proper: estacionar
