Apply now for the Hispanic Excellence Scholarship Fund

Attention all high school seniors who are planning on attending CSUB in the Fall of 2007:
 
The 2007-2008 Scholarship Application is now available
for students accepted and planning to attend CSUB in the Fall of 2007.

The scholarship is also available to community college transfers and continuing or past CSUB-HESF students.
  
HESF plans to award 60-70 scholarships of at least $1,500 each.

Applications must be postmarked by Friday, March 23, 2007.

Applications are available in PDF format on the web at  http://www.csub.edu/hesf/
 
New Freshmen (High School Seniors) and Community College Transfers must complete and submit by mail the entire HESF Scholarship Application.

Continuing and past HESF (or, HSF-HESF) scholarship recipients who continue to meet the eligibility criteria may apply to renew their scholarships. These students need only complete the 2007-2008 scholarship application and submit it along with a current transcript. These students need not submit a new Personal Statement nor Letters of Recommendation.

Students interested who haven't started their application are urged to do so immediately to allow plenty of time for letters of recommendation.
