Hoppin' down the egg hunt trail ...

Want to get a "hop" on the Easter Bunny? Then be sure to check out this egg-cellent activity for los niños!

Eggstravaganza, an egg hunt for children 8 and under, will also include a performance by the teen rock group, Alibi. It all takes place from 10 a.m. to noon, Saturday, April 11 at the Kern County Museum, 3801 Chester Ave. $4 for children and adults. Tell them your amigos at MAS sent you! For more info, 852-5000.

Phone home for FREE showing of 'E.T.' at the Fox!

It's a classic & it's FREE! Head down to the Fox Theater on Saturday, April 11 for a delightful family film that everyone will love! Remember, you may have seen "E.T.," but the younger ones in your family might think it's a brand new release! Since the flick is free, be sure to show some love to the Fox by buying some of their reasonably-priced treats from the snack bar. And tell them your amigos at MAS sent you!

A little something for everyone!

Need an activity that will please both young & old? Head out to the "Fun Under the Son" ("son," as in Jesus) event at Calvary Bible Church, 48 Manor St., just below the bluffs, on Saturday, April 11, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. There will be a car show, an egg hunt, drawings for prizes, goodie bags, music and more! See, we told you — a little something for everyone! And yes, tell them your amigos at MAS sent you!
