I was one of the defense investigators in this case. I interviewed most of the witnesses and the jurors post verdict-- I  still get a sick feeling in my stomach when I think of how this man was railroaded starting with the use of a heroin addict's FALSE identification of Pat in the first place. Its all so digusting how they hid the addict's record and how they rewarded him for his lies and Pat pays with his life. Now to read that John Sommers is a Superior Court Judge just adds insult to injury.  Northing has changed up there even after all of the exposure... please try to finish the book-- there are some areas of the book that do get a bit "bogged-downish" flip through those pages--there is so much more to read and know about-- when you've finished I'd love to hear from you at LauraLawhonPI@aol.com     Thanks---

Eeh?  Hi Joe Tetro.....and I'm not "Somedude".

I'm the animated cartoon character with the six-guns.........for now, until I get another picture up there.  Hmmm!  The declining American Empire!   sounds interesting buy you didn't send it to me.  You must of sent it to "Somedude".  I'm not sure where he is right now...probably working or reading Mean Justice.  By the way Mr. Tetro...you're some poet.  I used to be one a long time ago but now I can't make anything rhyme if I tried.

Hi some dude,

Okay, for starters I'm Joe Tetro, the one who sent you the world view about the declinging American Empire. I think I some how, because of my first name, got mixed up with another Joe, the one with the animated cartoon character whipping out of couple  of Colt 44's, and it was pretty humorous to everyone concerned.

Any way, I'm not a bailbond provider. I'm a poet.

Take care!

Joe Tetro :)

my Mas handle is ajeno62

Alright, here I am.  I was having trouble logging in on my home computer.  I wanted to tell ya that if you need a bail, I'm here for ya.  Ya Wanna know about Bounty Hunting and mustaches?  What do those two have in common?  Other than I am one and have one.

But you wanna know about Mean Justice.  How mean do you want it?  No, I'm kidding.... I do have the book Mean Justice.  I've had it for a long time and started reading it but what I was reading, I already knew so I stopped reading it.  Not that I didn't want to finish it, it's just that I was also having to read a lot of criminal reports.  I knew the detective that interviewed the children in the 80's since I used to work with him but I did not interview any of those alleged victims in this "witch-hunt" case.  As a matter of fact, I was no longer working at the sheriff's office then.    A couple of years ago, I was involved in a criminal defense investigation for one of the men that was convicted years ago and finally got out of prison.  You might have heard that he got $100 for every day that he was in custody.

Do I remember the Pat Dunn murder case?  Well what I remember is that he was a history teacher and principal and got sentenced in 1993 for kiling his second wife, Sandy.  He 's currently in Corcoran State Prison.  You might know that the prosecutor at that time, John Sommers, is now a Kern County Superior Court Judge.  From what I know, there was no evidence linking Pat Dunn with the murder of his wife other than a witness that was brought to testify for the prosecution.

Keep on reading the book and let me know what you think!
