Big Foot Sighting in Bakersfield?

click here to read one Bakersfield resident's story. And then tell me, what do you think? Bigfoot? Or big patas?

When we were little my sister Rosey swears she saw a ghost lady in our humble home every night.

She'd wake up and the lady would be right there, in the kitchen, cracking eggs on the floor.

Was it a dream? Or was there really a ghost?

What about Joe's ghost stories he was posting around Halloween time here on Mas Bakersfield? Were they tongue in cheek or were they real?

Do you have stories that you want to share about weird stuff that's happened to you?

I work with this guy that swears he was abducted by aliens as a young man. He even has a scar (which he believes is a tracking device) to prove it.

Other than my weird nightmares that can be easily explained scientifically, nothing too weird has happened to me.

Unless you count the time my daughter was soooo sick that she projectile vomited and I her head spun around a few times exorcist style.

Other than that... I got nothing.

ha! Good times. Thank goodness the ghost didn't follow you home. Tee hee.
Ghost stories...hmmm...I remember when I was little I went to Hotel Del Coronado in San Diego.  Suposidly one of the floors was haunted by a lady who had once commited suicide there.  My mom suggested we take the elevator to that floor. No one was allowed to have a room there because of too many ghost complaints. So my brother and I take an old elevator up to the floor scared out of our minds. We get to the floor and walk down the hall towards the room that was haunted. Suddenly my brother and I heard a woman screaming. Both of us looked at each other wide eyed and started screaming and ran back towards the elevator.  My brother screaming in a higher pitch than me! We get to the elevator and go back down to the lobby. TO this day I have no idea why we heard screaming, but it's hilarious to think about how scared we got. :)
