This is our attempt to help in the fight against Cancer. Our family has been devastated by cancer.A total of eight family members and friends have died or are currently fighting for their lives. My cousin Robert Anaya died after a tough 12 years fighting with Hodgkin's Disease. His mother, Helena Anaya is currently fighting Breast Cancer.My sister in-law, Grace Medina, has been bravely fighting stage four Brain Cancer. I wish I could stop here, but there's more. A good friend, Tony Heredia, died from Stomach Cancer. Eighteen year old David Garcia has been in and out of the Hospital fighting against Leukemia.Aunt Consuelo fighting Bone Cancer. Uncle Felix Rojas has stage four Stomach Cancer.
We shed our tears for loved ones lost and prayed for the rest of our family to find the strength to fight this terrible disease.

Are you wondering why we chose traveling as a fundrasier ? We thought of it after a visit with Grace Medina, my sister-inlaw,Grace was diagnosed with GLIOBLATOMA MULTFORME (GBM),A BRAIN TUMOR.Seeing what Grace was going thought,not just with the disease, but with the chemo and radiation therapy, it was hard not to be moved. We asked her if there was anything we could do for her and she said,"Yes there is." " You can live your life too the fullest. Never take a day for granted,go places you only dreamed of,take pictures with your kids, see the world with your loved ones before something happens." So there it is,you can tell yourself this is just another scam or maybe you just don't have the time or money to help right now. That's ok. Just give your loved ones a big hug and kiss. That's just as important, but when you are ready to travel please keep us in mind.
Remember: When you are traveling around the world with your loved ones having the time of your lives, you'll also be helping save lives.
Being new we are still trying to apply for 501(c)non-profit tax exempt status. Trust us it isn't easy ! Any advice would be appreciated.
